In the business of commercialising real estate
The range of properties on offer includes homes, commercial premises and offices. Potential buyers can benefit from interesting financial facilities which in some cases may cover up to 100% of the property’s price..
9 July 2009. As part of its general strategy of selling off real estate assets through its subsidiary Solvia Gestión Inmobiliaria, Banco Sabadell is launching a real estate portal www.solvia.es,designed to allow potential buyers to view the properties it has acquired in recent months and others coming into the system from its developer customers.
This new portal, a visit to which we hope will become a must for both the sector and users of the Internet channel, offers a wide and varied selection of properties in Spain (including flats, houses, commercial properties, offices, industrial premises etc.), at highly competitive prices, and with the added advantage for potential buyers of financing the operation on interesting conditions through Banco Sabadell, in some cases looking at up to 100% of the purchase price.
With this initiative, everyone wins: the developer reduces its stocks, the bank lowers its risks, and the customer benefits from interesting financial conditions, depending on the market situation.
Properties commercialised may be for sale or rent, and most come from the bank’s own investments. However, there are also plans for the channel to provide commercial support to developers who, as group customers, reach agreement for advertising and financing properties to the end customer.
www.solvia.es offers a range of search options (buy or rent, price, property type, location) and special sections for private buyers and real estate sector professionals. We will soon have development plots for residential and industrial projects.
